The webcast will provide ;you with an insight into the future amendments of the IEE Wiring Regulations, covering the following sections:

  • Section 710 Medical Location

  • Section 534 Devices for protecion against overvoltage
  • Test Marshal System

Very important changes have been made to the reports issued when a Periodic Inspection is carried out, the new terminology for this report is “Electrical installation condition report”.

These changes are intended to convey to the customer exactly what the report is and what it does and will be much more descriptive than the previous “Periodic inspection report”.

A change has also been made to the way observations or non-compliances are treated. Geoff talks about this from slide 37 of the webcast.
