Intersafe Launches Client Portal

Intersafe continues to invest in new technologies to improve services available to customers with the launch of a new secure client portal.

The new Intersafe portal provides our clients with convenient and easy access to all electrical test reports, observations, quotes, remedials and EICR certificates issued by Intersafe. Accessbible from any device, our clients can now find, view and print out important electrical testing documents in a few simple clicks.

Intersafe believe in clear communication, reducing complexity and minimising disruption to clients. The portal demonstrates our commitment to this proactive way of working, providing an easy to use and intuitive interface, and multiple features designed to offer increased convenience to our clients.

All Intersafe clients will have access to the portal which includes:

  • Secure, cloud based storage of all testing certificates and related documents
  • Ability to sort, search and view documents by service, site name, test date or due date
  • Easy identification of certificates due for renewal
  • Automatic email notifications when a certificate is within 6 weeks of renewal date
  • One-click Request Retest functionality
  • Ability to add your colleagues or team members to your secure account portal
  • Log in access direct from any page on our website
  • One-click access to Intersafe policies, RAMS and certificates

All new clients will be automatically set up with an account and will receive a welcome email with login instructions. Current clients will be added on a rolling programme over the next 12 months, although if you would like to access your account sooner, just let us know and we will set you up as a priority.
