The National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting (NICEIC) is the industry's independent, non-profit-making voluntary regulatory body covering the whole of the United Kingdom. They are not a trade associaton and do not represent the interests of electrical contractors. The NICEIC's sole purpose is to protect you, the customer, from unsafe and unsound electrical work.

One of the conditions of our enrolment with the NICEIC is that our work must comply with British Standard BS 7671 and all other relevant British Standards and Industry Codes of Practice.

The NICEIC Guarantee of Standards

If you use Intersafe the NICEIC guarantees the high quality of our work.

If we and our client are unable to resolve an alleged deficiency in the technical standard of electrical work, the client can make a formal complaint to the NICEIC.

If we do not undertake the required remedial work, The NICEIC Guarantee of Standards Scheme ensures it will be done by another Approved Contractor, at no cost to the consumer.
